Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Rounding Discount ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

Rounding Discount is an application for the Shopify platform that provides rounding adjustment discounts for cart totals using Shopify Functions. This service helps merchants simplify their checkout experience.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

Ensure that your shop's configurations do not violate Shopify's terms of service.
Coordinate with your store's regional requirements for tax and pricing transparency.
Maintain correct installation of the App on your Shopify store.

3. Limitations of Liability

Reason Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the App.

            Note: App performance is subject to Shopify's platform API availability. The rounding adjustments are handled natively by your shop's Checkout engine.
        

4. Pricing and Fees

The App is currently offered during its initial launch period. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days notice to current users.

5. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, all services associated with the App will immediately cease.

6. Support Services

Support for the App is available via email at info@reasoninfotech.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
